Samsun Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığından:
1 - Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi, KFW Kalkınma Bankasından, Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin Katı Atık Yatırım Projesi maliyetinin karşılanmasına yönelik kredi (bundan sonra ”kredi” olarak adlandırılacak) sağlamıştır. Bu kredinin bir bölümünün, 1 adet Atık Kompaktörü satın alınması konusunda yapılacak sözleşme çerçevesinde geçerli ödemelere tahsisi kararlaştırılmıştır
2 - 1 adet Atık Kompaktörü için yapılacak olan açık ihale yeterlik sahibi tüm isteklilere açıktır.
3 - Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi uygun teklif sahiplerini Depolama Sahası için 1 adet Atık Kompaktörü sağlanmasına yönelik teklifleri kapalı zarfla vermeye davet etmektedir.
4 - İlgilenen teklif sahipleri ihale dokümanlarını aşağıda belirtilen adresten temin edebilirler:

5 - İlgilenen teklif sahipleri ihale dokümanlarının tamamını yazılı başvuru ve geri ödemesi olamayan 300 EURO veya bu meblağın TL karşılığında (Türkiye Merkez Bankası günlük döviz kuru esas alınarak) satın alabilirler.
6 - İhale Dokümanları bedeli Büyükşehir Belediyesi Gelirler Müdürlüğü’ne ödenerek ve makbuz karşılığında Çevre Koruma Daire Başkanlığı Atık Yönetimi Şube Müdürlüğünden alınabilir.
7 - Ücretin banka hesabına ödenmesinden sonra ihale dokümanları teklif sahibine yukarıda belirtilen ofiste teslim edilir (makbuz karşılığında). İhale dokümanlarını satın almayan teklif sahibi, ihaleye teklif veremez.
8 - Bütün teklifler teklif bedelinin en az % 3 kadar olmak üzere “limitler içinde” şeklinde yazılmış Türkiye’de bulunan bir banka tarafından düzenlenmiş veya İşverenin ve KfW’nin kabul edebileceği şekilde yabancı bir banka tarafından düzenlenmiş olan geçici teminat ile sunulmalıdır.

9 - Teklifler, 23/9/2011 tarihinde saat 11:00’de, teklif sahiplerinin ya da temsilcilerinin hazır bulunacağı Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi ihale ofisinde açılacaktır.
10 - Bu ihale, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti 2886 ve 4734 Sayılı Devlet İhale Kanunu hükümlerine tabii değildir. İşveren ihaleyi teklif sahiplerinin herhangi birine vermek veya vermemekte serbesttir.
11 - İşveren teklif sahiplerinden herhangi biri ile sözleşme yapıp yapmamakta serbesttir.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
1 - The Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun has received credit (hereinafter called “credit”) from the KfW Entwicklungsbank towards the cost of the Samsun Solid Management Project for the Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for Procurement of one Refuse Compactor.
2 - The open tender for one Refuse Compactor bidding is open to all eligible bidders.
3 - The Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of  one Refuse Compactor for landfill.
4 - Interested bidders should purchase bidding docu¬ments at the office of:

5 - A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder on the submission of written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 EURO or the same sum in TL (based on the daily exchange rate of the Central Bank of Turkey).
6 - Cost of Bidding Documents shall be paid to the Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun Incomes Directorate and the documents shall be received from the department of Environmental Protection against receipt.
7 - After payment of the fee to the bank account, the Bidding documents will be handed over to the Bidder in the above mentioned office (the receipt has to be presented). In the case the bidder does not purchase the bidding documents he will not be allowed to submit a bid.
8 - All bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond , equivalent to 3 % of the Bid Price, issued by a bank acceptable to the Employer and KfW located in Turkey as “within the limits“ type or in acceptable form issued by a foreign bank.
The bids must be prepared in the original English version and one copy of the English and 2 copies of the Turkish Version, The English original and the 2 Turkish copies have to be delivered to the office of

9. - Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 hours 23/09/2011 at the offices of Metropolitan Samsun Municipality.
10 - This Tender is not bound with the requirements of the State Tender Law No 2886 and 4734 of the Republic of Turkey. Employer is free to award the Contract to any Bidder it regards eligible.
11 - The Employer does not bind himself to award a contract to any of the Bidders.
